Chelyabinsk State University's Faculty of Fundamental Medicine offers three specialist degrees and its own admissions site lists them by code: 30.05.01 Medical Biochemistry, 30.05.02 Medical Biophysics and 30.05.03 Medical Cybernetics. It does not offer 31.05.01 Lechebnoe delo (General Medicine), which is the Russian primary medical degree that licenses a graduate to practise as a physician. FMGL-2021 requires exactly that: a qualification that licenses you to practise medicine in the country of study. A 30.05.xx biomedical specialist degree does not, so it is not a route to FMGE/NExT and Indian registration. The university also has no separate listing in the World Directory of Medical Schools.
