About This Role
We are looking for a confident Telecaller who can guide students interested in studying MBBS abroad. The role involves interacting with leads, explaining the admission process, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
-Call and follow up with students who have shown interest in MBBS abroad
-Explain admission process for Russian medical universities
-Maintain CRM records of leads and conversations
-Schedule counselling sessions with senior advisors
-Achieve monthly lead conversion targets
What We're Looking For
Requirements
-Good communication skills in Hindi and English
-Basic computer and CRM knowledge
-Experience in education consultancy is a plus
-Confident phone communication
