About This Role
We are looking for a confident Telecaller who can guide students interested in studying MBBS abroad. The role involves interacting with leads, explaining the admission process, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
—Call and follow up with students who have shown interest in MBBS abroad
—Explain admission process for Russian medical universities
—Maintain CRM records of leads and conversations
—Schedule counselling sessions with senior advisors
—Achieve monthly lead conversion targets
What We're Looking For
Requirements
—Good communication skills in Hindi and English
—Basic computer and CRM knowledge
—Experience in education consultancy is a plus
—Confident phone communication
